ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping Options:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $6.95 on orders under $75

  • Free Shipping: On orders $75+

Shipping carriers may include USPS or UPS, depending on package size and destination.

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

  • 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Lucky Clover Market is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Lucky Clover Market is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
